Like all of you, I experience joy and sadness from life based on choices I make and circumstances beyond my control. Those experiences contribute to who I am as a therapist.
Effective therapy can mean the difference between fighting pain or willingly learning how to surf it. It can motivate us to do what matters instead of avoiding our fears.
Should you need support and problem solving assistance, I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, aging, transitions, OCD, autism, adoption, infertility, raising medically fragile children, developmental disabilities, post traumatic stress, complicated grief and loss, relationship conflict, divorce.
All that aside, I am sure you only want to work with someone who has excellent credentials.
