Like most people, I have had joy and sadness from life based on choices I made as well as circumstances beyond my control. And, those experiences contribute to who I am as a therapist.  

Just like you, I get help when stressors become overwhelming.  Effective therapy can mean the difference between fighting pain or accepting it, suffering or moving on. 

Should you need support in addition to dealing with anxiety or depression, I have experience in working with issues such as autism, adoption, infertility, medically fragile children, developmental disabilities, post traumatic stress, complicated grief and loss, relationship conflict, divorce.
