How I work:
During our first few sessions together we begin to develop a therapeutic relationship while we identify problems, emotional issues and goals. The primary focus of treatment is always on what is causing you the most pain.
We collaborate to build each weekly agenda around your personal issues and conflicts. Therapy is expected to be short term, that is weekly sessions over a number of months. Once your goals are achieved, you will have the skills to face new issues as they arise.
Booster sessions and supportive psychotherapy are also available by request.
